Standards-Based Web Design Full Series Training Course
Course Summary
We take a holistic approach to designing and building websites. We build a web page as the first exercise in class and we progressively build more feature rich pages and sites as the class progresses. This course is not software specific. It can be completed with just a text editor. The instructor will use Dreamweaver in code view for most of the course. Photoshop will be used to prepare images but the principles behind the image creation will be stressed, the principles will carry over into any program used to process images.

Course Testimonials
The pace of the class was perfect. I feel I now have and enough understanding to begin using HTML and CSS. The numerous resource website links are great job aids. The provided parking was awesome, especially in winter!
You should expect me back in the near future for more training! James Conway is clearly very knowledgeable about HTML, CSS and web standards. I would suggest this class to anyone.
This class gave us the necessary tools to not only make a website but to make a website that uses all the modern optimization techniques to ensure the best possible results for our clients. In a world that relies so heavily on the internet, being able to make sure our websites are optimized for search engines and accessible for all types of formats is what can make the difference. Thank you Jim and C2 for the great experience!
