With familiar items like master pages as well as built-in tools for interactivity it’s a snap to produce distinctive, professional websites. Adobe Muse is a great tool for creating websites with high-quality visual design and no integration with a content management system (CMS).

This course covers the new, exciting features in Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design/Web Premium package. Applications covered include Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge and discussions about Creative Cloud. A must attend for designers using Adobe CS6.

Illustrator Introduction covers the basics of Adobe Illustrator. Tools, workspaces, creating basic shapes and using the pen tool are covered. This course is designed for the beginner looking to create artwork using Adobe Illustrator.

Illustrator Intermediate advances your existing knowledge of Adobe Illustrator. Lessons include using type, working with layers and appearances, symbols and creating 3D art in Illustrator.

This course is a must for the beginning user of this application. Learn the basics of type, graphics, color and layout.Useful tip, tricks and shortcuts will help users of all experience levels and surprise you with items or tools you may have never thought of before!

Advance your knowledge of InDesign while digger deeper in the more advanced aspects of typography and image control. Bring your skills using styles, OpenType fonts and layers to the next level.

This class will teach you how to work with vector artwork, master pages, and tables. If you are looking to become an InDesign power user with larger documents, this is the class.

Photoshop Introduction covers the basics of Adobe Photoshop. Tools, workspaces, and workflow. Introductions to color correcting, basic photo restoration, brush control and layers are covered. The tips and techniques learned in this level are the foundations for the rest of the Photoshop Series.

Photoshop Intermediate continues to advance your knowledge of Photoshop focusing on professional color correction, accurate selections, retouching portraits, and non-destructive image editing.

Photoshop Advanced takes you deep into Photoshop using Camera Raw, Text, Smart Objects, Video, 3D and more!

Creating ebooks with the most advanced features that modern ebook readers are capable of requires hand-coding and a knowledge of HTML and CSS. But with that knowledge, premium ePubs can be created with advanced typographic styles, custom layouts and on some devices, video and audio. The advanced layout and type control techniques taught in this class are mainly aimed at the following ebook readers: Apple's iBooks, Amazon's Kindle Fire, the Barnes & Noble Nook and the Kobo Vox. Please note that not all devices noted support every technique taught in this class. This class does not cover fixed layout ePubs or speak-along ePubs, but this class is a prerequisite for C2's Creating fixed layout ePubs or Creating speak-along ePubs classes.

C2's "Creating Custom HTML emails" class is for students who want to design and create their own custom HTML emails. Content includes: Design decisions that help you avoid emails that look like spam, how to export an all image email from Photoshop, building custom layouts with tables in Dreamweaver, and how to style your layout with inline CSS. Students will learn how to create emails using just Photoshop and how to custom code the HTML if necessary.

C2's "Launching Your Own Website With WordPress" class is for anyone who wants to quickly launch a website that they can update on their own without having to learn too much behind-the-scenes coding. The entire process is covered from installation or purchase of a hosted website; setting up a theme, editing the website, adding content, installing plugins, stopping spam and setting up basic shopping carts.

C2's "Updating Your WordPress Website" class is for anyone who needs to make updates to their existing WordPress website and know what they're doing. Students learn how to add new content, post images and videos, and manage comments. This class starts with the absolute basics and assumes no previous web training.

Adobe Acrobat is the standard for digital distribution of documents. Learn to create and modify PDF files from a variety of applications. Additionally, learn how to preflight and prepare PDF files for print for consistent and accurate printing, add and manage comments and improve PDF security.

Adobe Premiere Pro is a industry leading program of choice for small to large video production houses. Students taking part in this training will learn fundamental skills of typical video production workflows including: Setting up a proper editing station, ingesting/importing of media files, digital asset management, rough cut editing, storyboard editing, transitions, advanced editing techniques, titling and deployment.

In addition to the core concepts of video editing, students can expect to become familiar with simple motion graphics as well as audio production to create professional productions. By using the techniques within the class, students will create short production pieces, as well as learn skill to correct for minor errors in capturing media such as color correction and audio sweetening.

Lastly, students can expect to learn how the Premiere Pro can work with the remainder of the Adobe Suite of products to finesse and fine tune productions.

In level 1 of Adobe Premiere Pro we will focus on familiarizing ourselves with the program, address any changes from legacy versions, touring the interface and setting up projects effectively and correctly.

In level 2 of Adobe Premiere Pro we will be digging very deep into the everyday aspects of editing from a technical standpoint. Much of what we cover in this second level be on working with the clips that we have as they are.

In level 3 of Adobe Premiere Pro we will be exploring what to do when things don’t always go well. Sometimes are footage isn’t properly color balanced. Sometimes the sound has a lot of hum. While there is no replacing properly shot footage there are some things we can do to compensate for small mistakes. These are things that we as editors and artists run into on a daily basis.

In level 4 of Adobe Premiere Pro we cover advanced techniques using the powerful tools in premiere to add finesse and a polish to our projects. This will be our final lesson in which we will combine all of the lessons we have learned to create a final production.

This course helps designers with basic web development skills improve their expertise with the newest, most requested web technologies and techniques. HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, PHP and mySQL feature prominently in this course as foundational tools that help web designers create modern, accessible, SEO-friendly sites that work well in any browser - including mobile! Students will learn the new features of HTML5 and CSS3 to improve the content and look of a website, how to make great mobile versions of a website, how to use AJAX and jQuery to create a better user experience, and how to move the final version of the site to a content management system (WordPress) so clients can safely update site content.

This level covers all the new HTML5 and CSS3 features with emphasis on what is useful (and in some cases, required) today. Feature detection and fallback solutions for older, less capable browsers are also covered.

This level covers all aspects of developing a mobile version of a website.

This level covers using jQuery, jQuery plugins and AJAX for a better user experience.

This class teaches how to move a website into a content management system, WordPress in this case, but the skills learned will apply to most any content management system.

In level 2 of Apple Final Cut Pro X we will create and edit clips. We will make changes to clips, familiarize ourselves with the magnetic timeline, work with primary storylines and linked clips, the basics of editing and working with trimming clips in the storyline.

C2's "Creating Custom WordPress Themes Level 2" class is for experienced web developers who are familiar with the WordPress publishing platform and are ready to start creating their own custom themes or take existing static sites and converting them to WordPress. Students will take an existing responsive web design and learn the process of converting that to a functional WordPress theme. Students will be introduced to the PHP programming language as that is the foundation of the WordPress framework and is required for custom theme creation.

This course will teach users how to create an fillable form from a static PDF using Adobe Acrobat Pro. Topics include creating a PDF file from InDesign, Microsoft Office or a scan; automatic form field detection, manually adding form fields, editing form fields, creating buttons and links and distributing, tracking and managing form data.

This 5 week series examines all the features of Adobe InDesign. Learners will build a variety of projects in each level, with an in-depth project and workshop in the last level.

We begin by covering the basics of Adobe InDesign. This course is a must for the beginning user of this application. Learn the basics of type, graphics, color and layout.

Continue to advance your knowledge of InDesign while digger deeper in the more advanced aspects of typography and image control.
