Flash Animation Series Level 1 (6 hours)
Day 1:
Basic animation techniques: frame by frame, shape tweens and motion tweens. Combining Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash. Keep file size small with symbols. How to use keyframes and the timeline.
Day 2:
Creating simple web videos. Combine animation techniques for a richer user experience. Adding buttons for interactivity and click tracking.
Flash Animation Series Level 2 (6 hours)
Day 1:
Creating basic presentations and slideshows. Adding an audio track. Principles of masking. Tracing bitmaps.
Day 2:
Creating basic Flash website. Letting the user control the experience with buttons. Compressing to make file size limits. Animating buttons.
Flash Animation Series Level 3 (6 hours)
Day 1:
Filters and blend modes, easnig animations for natural motion, advanced soft edge masks. Complex movieclips. Exporting video out of Flash.
Day 2:
Making Flash movies modular for re-use. Making a drop down menu. Complex movieclips for advanced interaction. Making stand-alone projectors.
Flash Animation Series Level 4 (6 hours)
Day 1:
Basic ActionScript coding: count movie loops, make progressive preloader, loading alternate content for users without the flash player.
Day 2:
Basic ActionScript coding: animation with code, full screen movies, expandable ads, load external assets.
