The instructor, James Fritz, was very knowledgeable and answered my questions beyond expectation. Not only did he know the program inside and out, but he also seemed to have a throrough understanding of how to apply it in real workplace scenarios for more efficient desktop publishing. In this class I expected to just learn "how," but the instructor's incorporation of "why" made it that much more useful.
